Be very careful of drinks prices, The menu didnt have drinks prices on, and I stupidly didnt ask about the price.

They were 20RMB for a can of coke!

Near the market of "fakes" you find some good options in turkish or indian restaurants.

The place we went was very clean and service was friendly... besides the turkish food was great!

If you want to change for some reason the usual chinese food this is a good place to go.

Turkish Taste is located downstairs in a small "mall" on Huahai Rd. (a must see activity for Shoppers).

Diners can choose from a la carte menu or from the all you can eat buffet, which is a great deal. A wide variety of food on the buffet will provide you with more options than you will need.

I prefer the ala carte menu - and the Donner Kebab more precisely. I also love Turkish Taste's appetizers - especially if there are 4 or more people in the partty (more to share !). I have tried almost all of them and I have not had a bad one yet.

The hummus is great, as is the bread you are served before the meal.

Also, if you want to see Chinese Belly Dancers dancing to traditional belly dancer music, make sure you show up at 7:30pm - when the first show begins. Just be careful one of the dancers doesn't make you part of her act !
