There's daily scheduled bus from Chengdu to Li County departs at Cha Dian Zi Bus Station.
Once you arrive Li County, you may hire a local van to start your journey.
Along 'Za Gu Nao' river, you may ask the dirver to make a stop at any time if it is safe, then take your photo, enjoy the nature.

If you miss the bus to Li County, alternative way is taking a bus to Wen Chuan County first, then hire a local van to Li County,or Gu Er Gou/Miyaluo. RMB 200 for a round trip.
