There are small "tourist trains" taking people from one end to the other end of the street as it is quite long.
Shop till you drop. Prepare yourself with good walking shoes as the street is really long.
Price level? Hard to say but I would say that price level on this street is higher than anywhere else in Tianjin (but what do I know, I was just a tourist there!). Isn't it normally so that the most popular places in cities (no matter where in the world) are the most expensive ones?
