the night market in kashgar city is the best spot for whoever come to kashgar ,it is a lively market with hundres of thousands of vandors and local people . feel free while you are in kashgar ,make it yourself at home .
the people there are very friendly and helpful .
Dress Code: people wear very different kind of clothes that they like best ,the people who are in the night market mostly Uygur ,Uzbek people .
older people wear Tumak or Turban ,younger people wear Doppa a four cornered Hat which is flower design or whit design and Almond with tomb design .
each hat have different meaning in Uygur .

At night, the streets around Id Kah Mosque comes alive with food stalls selling a smorgasbord of steaming goat stew with bobbling goats' heads, rings of intestines, shish-kebabs of bits of goats' livers, hearts... chickpeas, noodles, apricots, sweet pastries, etc...
A great place to sample the local food and people-watch.
