Favorite thing: Ren Shen Guo, one of the many fruits produced from Yunnan.
It looked like oval shaped, yellow coloured tomatos to me on the appearance and taste just like honeydews! It's firm and green when it's not ripe and then turns soft and yellow when it ripes.
A sweet fruit, it's worthwhile to give it a try when you visit Yunnan. I can't find them in GZ.

Favorite thing: If you can speak Chinese, it is good to communicate with the locals who are generally very friendly and honest. I especially enjoyed talking to the various ethnic groups to find out more about their interesting culture.

Favorite thing: Does the photo make you feel like you are in Europe? Well, the building is actually located in Yunnan and it is designed according to the European style. It belongs to a Chinese medicine company in Yunnan as part of their agricultural site office.

Favorite thing: When I was in Yunnan, I visited a medicinal plant agricultural site and it was a very good experience. The site was located at the mountains in the Wuding area about 3 hours drive from Kunming. Yunnan contains many medicinal plants which are used in traditional Chinese medicine.

Favorite thing: At the famous city of Dali, there is a beautiful park with a butterfly spring which is a huge attraction with tourists. We should visit this tourist attraction when you are at Dali.

Favorite thing: There is a very nice location at the foot of the famous Jade Dragon Snow Mountain near to Lijiang town where you can take beautiful photos of the trees, grass and snow capped mountains.
