Yes, Timor Leste has its own Post office in Dili, but there is still limited delivery of the items arriving. People/ org. can collect their post and operate PO boxes.
But will your post ever arrive in Timor???
The traffic goes "via Darwin, N.T. Australia", so it is best to ADD the description of the above route at the bottom of the address. No extra cost and it is reliable!
And be patient...
