There's no public transport, so you have to loan a jeep in Dili (yes, a jeep, not a car) as the roads are very tricky and the final kilometers is a dirt road...
If you aren't a good driver or don't want to risk a little bit, better go on a organised tour. There's at least 2 travel agencies in Dili with this program
