by singosarijo
TL has much to offer : land: hilking from north to south (will take a few days)/bring tents and some water and some dried food;sea: snorkelling in dili itself or cross the sawu sea to atauro for snorkelling/diving or if you have more time, 7 hrs by bus to Jako Island (not allowed to stay on island due to some customs but can stay in the mainland near los palos).air : hmm ..not that i know of ; but can take bus to the mountain areas (like gleno) for some breezes....
walking shoes, insect repellent, snorkelling masks, fins, booties, BCD , regulators etc * there are a few dive shops along dili's 'esplanade'

Frisbee

As there are many open fields and spaces on Atauro island, finding a place to play frisbee is not a problem at all. Frisbee by the beach was so fun. It is a good form to interact with the local community by getting them to join in the fun. If the space is big enough, you can even play a full Ultimate Frisbee game.

Currently, there are 2 dive operators in Timor Leste, both located in Dili. The blue planet there is rather unexplored. Diving there is rather expensive. There are many dive sites and many go to the island of Atauro where sperm whales and dolphins are a common sight with sharks to be seen to.
Either bring your own or rent it from the dive shop.
