Favorite thing: Take the Star Ferry at night to view the Hong Kong skyline. Also go up Victoria Peak for fantastic view of the city at night.

Favorite thing: Junk trips are the best way to spend weekends in Hong Kong. They often come with a speed boat for waterskiing action. Cruise around with a few bottles of champers.
