The basics: The food was not bad, but not that good either. The location is great, close to Hollywood road. The service: scandalously bad! I went there with my partner, and the waitresses are, (how can I put it in a nice way?), ***y. There was only one "waitress" there that was OK to me, but she dressed as a man and was on to me. So awkward. The price: too much a price to pay if you are looking for a nice and quiet evening with your love one. How Hong Kong Michelin Guide 2011 could recommend this restaurant is beyond me.
Favorite Dish: The best Cafe Siam has to offer is alcoholic drinks. You will need those to survive the bad service.

A great little Thai restaurant on Lyndhurst Terrace just below the Escalator. Very comfortable seating inside as well as on the 2nd floor deck when the weather is nice. Not too fancy and not too casual. A great place to escape the heat. Try to get a seat by the window so you can watch the world go by as you eat.
Favorite Dish: The Tom Yum Gai is great here and the Thai ice-tea will get you going. Shrimp chips are served for free as a snack.
