Definitely my favourite restaurant in Hong Kong was one called 'Hong Kong Puzzle' in Tsim Sha Tsui (East I think) - it was great to have so much food to choose from and we could eat and drink as much as we liked.
It has a bit of a theme park style section to the restaurant where you can walk through and take photos...lots of fun!!
