dimming light, quiet environment, you will not hear people LOL but that does not mean you are dining in a library. i think it will be a nice place for a romantic dinner. Menu is a piece of huge paper in French and English.

Favorite Dish: Saucison salad: fresh vegetables with sausage and potatoes. dressing is pretty good!

The entrance is almost cave-like, but the interior is elegant and ideal for a romantic meal or friends' get together. The Gallic staff are knowledgeable about their cuisine, which is classic French, and have been running the restaurant for 15 years. The pièce de resistance is the tournedos rossini (beef fillet in a port and shallot sauce with duck liver). Heavy but delicious. On the lighter side there are a good range of fish dishes, including sole and monkfish. For dessert, the soufflé and profiteroles are wonderful. The wine list has more than 200 choices.

Le Tire Bouchon: Is that French?

If you like all the cliché about French, you will like this restaurant... If you go for the food, and service, it's time to search for another one. Heavy on the sauce, light on the meat, and terrible fishes. Actually, so heavy on sauce that is is close to a soup. Good selection of wines, but at a price you may find expensive. Service is correct, but you won't hear much French in that place.

Favorite Dish: The salade au saucisson is correct. But don't try any fish at any cost.
