A big thank you to my friends at work for taking me to this fantastic dim sum restaurant - Metropal Chinese Restaurant in the Admiralty Centre. Appears to be extremely popular with local business people so you may need to book (and put up with a bit of back ground noise).
Waitresses come round with trollies full of various dim sums - just pick what you want, they will stamp your bill and away you go!
