It's a supermarket style restaurant where you're given a ticket and you go around picking out your food and getting stamped as you go. It's interesting but quite intimidating before you start because there are 2 floors to go around getting food from. The selection is varied and you get everything from vegetable dishes to steaks, noodles to desserts, and fresh seafood.
Favorite Dish: perfectly grilled lamb chops! not chinese this time. i needed relief from all the dimsum sampling.

It is on the level 6,& 7 of the Peak Tower... so the scenery is stunning!!!
You can choose what you want to eat from the food corner and then you can order the cooks how to cook it. Enjoyable :-)
