25 July 2008 went to CEO Neway Karaokay in Causeway Bay with a few Western white people. What a rip off!
For local, they charge HK$98 including buffet, 2 drinks, private karaoka rooms, WII inside the room. Plus compulsary 10% service charge + nuts + fruit, around HK$200 per person. You can stay in the room to sing for as long as you want.
For Tourist, if you don't know the price, they just charge HK$300 per person + 10% including 2 drinks. No buffet, no fruit, no nuts!!! You can sing longest for 3 hours.
I was shocked when my western friend got the room, and there's a paper written $300 per head.
