High Tea at the Peninsula is fun. Don't worry about your clothes, shorts are fine. Tea for 4 was about $80, but that included trays of food and sandwiches which left everyone very full. It is more like a lunch. I did not even drink tea.

The Spring Moon Chinese Restaurant at the Peninsula Hotel.

This restaurant has a 1920's kind of decor/ setting which is really interesting. Traditional touches like choosing your Tim Sum dishes from the moving trolleys and a tea counter with over 20 selected Chinese teas makes this a memorable Cantonese dining experience.

It isn't cheap to dine here. We had only 5 small dishes of Tim Sum and the bill came to about HK$320! Fortunately, I didn't have to pay for this meal otherwise I wouldn't come! :-( But I must admit that the service here is EXCELLENT.

Favorite Dish: Tim Sum (yummy!).

Probably the most 'in' place in Hong Kong to be seen at. The view from a window table overlooking Victoria Harbour has to be savoured to be believed.

Favorite Dish: The 'Early Bird' Menu. Be seated between 18.00 and 19.00 and you can pick up a 3-course meal for HKD290 or so (+ drinks). Given that the average main course on the a la carte menu costs upwards of HKD200 this is a steal!
