Ruth's servs primarily U.S. Prime Steak. Ruth's Chris steak is never frozen, so it's exceptionally tender and flavorful. Individual steaks are broiled to diners' tastes, and served sizzling. Portions are large from 8 to 40 ounces!!! In addition to U.S. Prime beef, the menu includes select fresh seafood and other meat entrees. A variety of fresh-cooked vegetables, including 5 kinds of potatoes, salads with dressings made fresh daily, and homemade desserts such as Bourbon Bread Pudding complete the offerings.
