One day in Hongkong we had Dim Sum for Lunch. That is something everybody should try in Hongkong: all those delicious snacks! After lunch we joined a Dim Sum Cooking Class. That was not so much that welearned how to "cook" Dim Sum, but is was a great show.
An impressive Chinese cook with a chef's hat showed us how to fill the Dim Sum and decorate it. Everybody of us also got a chef's hat, which we could take with us as a souvenir. Afterwards we ate our self made Dim Sums and got a certificate. We had a lot of fun and the food was very good.

OK, well Chef Chow isn't THE Iron Chef, but he did beat him! We asked the concierge at our hotel about a good dim sum restaurant he recommended this restaurant. It's a shame that it was the last restaurant I ate at during my trip to Hong Kong. Had I known about it on the first day, I would have been there every day!
It's off of Nathan Road right where the MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station is. Don't be fooled by all the stairs going up. There are a lot of stairs, but it's definitely worth it... you'll need the excercise after you stuff yourself full!
Favorite Dish: Everything, everything, and everything. I especially liked everything!
But try the penguin-shaped dim sum. It's really sweet and delicious!
