The best place to have Indian curry (cheap and good quality) is definately Chung King Mansion. Despite the outside enviroment and that you have pass through those disturbing sales people downstairs, once you get into the restaurant, you don't really feels like you're in Chung King Mansion at all. The price is around HK$100 per person, including cold beer, yummy curry dishes, rich and/or nann bread.
I tried a few restaurant in Chung King Mansion, basically, all serve good food, but this one, Taj Mahal, is so far my favourite one. Besides wide choices in their menu, the taste are deeper and with more spicies. The decor and service are nice too.
Taj Mahal, an indish restaurant
I know that if you go to china you normally should eat only chinese food, but this restaurant is so good, you have to try it.
Favorite Dish:
Everything I tried there was very good, but you HAVE to try the tomato soup!
