The views from TOTT's are fabulous and the seats comfy. Before the refurb I thought this was the ideal place to meat friends for either a snack, a meal or a drink and regulary did so.
It was closed for some time last year whilst they refurbished it and in my opinion they have spoilt it.
They have live music on most nights making it impossible to hold a conversation with friends and they charge a cover to go in to pay for the band that you may not want to listen to..

Nice and charming place to have dinner, the athmosphere is intimate by night thanks to a 270 degree harbour view. Innovative Asian and western cuisines with an extensive selection of fresh flavours from India, China, Thailand and Europe. Cocktails are a speciality, and the worldwide wine selection.
After your meal relax on the bar or lounge with wild zebra print furniture and dance floor are spacious and an international band (from Columbia when I visited this place) produce a great nightly entertainment.

ToTT's Asian Grill & Bar is located on the top floor of the spectacular Excelsior Hotel in the heart of Causway Bay, Hong Kong Island. With spectacular 270 degree panoramic views over Victoria Harbour, Tott's is a vibrant restaurant and bar featuring both exciting dining and live international entertainment, all within the surroundings of an upbeat and stylish atmosphere.
Favorite Dish: ToTT's specializes is Asian Fusion food (East meets West). The dishes are tasty and nicely sized.
