From their homepage:
"Todai is an upscale Seafood and Sushi Buffet Restaurant, originating from the USA since 1985. There are twenty-three Todai restaurants operating in nine states including California, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and Washington. In 2002 Todai opened its first oversea store in Hong Kong.

Todai provides seafood and sushi buffet in a family atmosphere. With upscale and spacious decor, Todai's lavish 17,000 sq ft premises feature seating for up to 400 patrons, couple with exceptional customer service. The famous 180-foot buffet counter brims with lobsters, snow crab legs, oysters, half shell scallops, jumbo shrimps, 40 kinds of sushi, over 15 kinds of appertizers, hot entrees, and 20 delightful cakes, ice-cream and fruit dishes for dessert.

Todai's extensive buffet counter serves a vast assortment of mouth-watering culinary delights. Only the freshest ingredients are used to prepare each entrée to satisfy everyone's palate."

Favorite Dish: It is true: Excellent sushi buffet but also Chinese and Japanese food, many kinds of hot and cold dishes, salads and a wonderful dessert buffet! I love it!

Todai Restaurant: All You Can Eat Japanese Sushi & Seafood!

I always never get my money's worth when it comes to all-you-can-eat meals. It seems one plate is enough most of the times ---- except for Japanese Sushis/Sashimis and Crabs where my craving is unlimited! Here at Todai i let my taste buds feasted on such glorious foods like there's no more tomorrow. I ate and ate and was never mindful as to how many types there were, but as per their calling card, they have 40 kinds of sushi! Aside from sushis they also have green mussel, teriyaki beef and chicken, hand roll corner, udon corner, 15 different salads and 20 desserts and fruits. And these are just for lunch. Dinner menus include lobster, crab legs, jumbo shrimp, scallop, oyster, sashimi, of course, at a higher price by about 15 dollar more. I was lucky because i went there at lunch time but crab legs and sashimis were also served.

The place is pretty wide and big with equally good ambience but always seems to be in fully capacity. Avoid the long queue and come at least 15-20 minutes early before opening time. Lunch time is from 12:00pm - 2:30pm and dinner time at 6:30pm - 10:00pm!
