Vong French Restaurant: Exquisite Dining with a View!

This is my favorite restaurant in all of my travels!

A delicious blend of Vietnamese, French and Thai food. Excellent seafood and dessert. Truly, the luxurious food, attentive wait-staff, fine dining atmosphere and harbour view cannot be rivalled. Definitely worth the splurge!

Open for lunch, 12-3pm M-F and dinner 6pm- midnight daily.

Favorite Dish: The five course sample menu is fabulous! (HK $475)

Try the Pavlova, an Australian dessert.

Vong: enjoy a French dinner with stunning view

Vong is a romantic and relaxing French restaurant at the top floor of Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Central. It's a must to reserve a table by the window and you will have a fascinating view of Victoria Harbour. One interesting thing is they don't provide traditional bread and butter before the meal, but instead chefs John Grubb & Lee Tak Sum created some delicious snacks like Japanese style biscuits with spicy peanut sauce and fresh salmon with white sauce.
