Steamed Shrimps, Fried Rice, Hot Tea at HK $ 105

In the pacific mall, you can find this fine Chinese cusine restaurant where they claim that they offer the best Dim Sum in Hong Kong
We need to take queue to register our names for table, the place look nice enough, nicely packed with fine dressed people.
The menu is full of good food, I personally ordered steamed shrimp, fried rice and mixed with egges and vegetables, alongside with hot tea.

Favorite Dish: Steamed shrimp, Fried rice with egges and vegetables

Zen Restaurant
LG1. Pacific Place
88 Admiralty Road,
Admiralty
HK
Tel 28454555

or at Festival Walk, Kowloon Tong station

Favorite Dish: For lovers of sharkin type of soup and wanton soup, Zen serves a very good
'half soup dumpling ' - in Cantonese it sounded like Koon Tong Kow.

It is served in an individual soup bowl, with a huge dumpling swimming in superior broth. Inside the dumpling skin, there is some shark fin, some prawn, scallop, meat and mushroom.

Their chinese pasta with stuffing like seasonal vegetables also very yummy. we love yam - taro - so i enjoyed the steamed yam cake.

I particularly like to have their stuffed chicken wing - which is quite huge and eaten with fork and knife.

For dessert i have their mango pudding. It is a modern Chinese restaurant, and very pack with business people. take home their match box as a souvenier.

We had the casserole rice - a bit plain but tasty
