Common ways to get to Sai Kung:

1. Take the MTR to Choi Hung (green line), get out at Exit C and get on a public light bus (green mini bus, HK$7) to Sai Kung.

2. Take the MTR to Hang Hau (purple line), get out at Exit B, walk to the bus terminus on your left, get on a public light bus (green mini bus again, also around HK$7) to Sai Kung.

3. Take the MTR to Diamond Hill (green line), get out at Exit C, take BUS no. 92 at the bus terminus.

Of course you can choose to jump in a taxi right out of your hotel, it's totally your choice....
