Take a ride on the tram on Hong Kong Island is a cheap and nostalgia way to see the island - from the commerical area to the residential.
When the ligts go down, the "in crowd" heads for Lan Kwai Fong, a buzzing centre of clubs, bars and restauranats. A must for night owls and people watchers.
It is a landmark within Central, because of its special shape & interesting architecture.
The picture here was taken from a pedestrian bridge between Hong Kong Park & a commerical building.
Located in the Central District, I found this Buddhist (Taoist?) temple quite amusing because of the incense coils. Never seen one before.
Two places that are wonderful to go in Hong Kong would be Victoria Peak which has a wonderful lookout, and also along the waters edge in Tsim Sha Tsui looking out to Central at night...beautiful!!!
