park in hong kong may make you feel bored as you think it must look like the one right the corner. however, everytime i go there have different feelings because of the plants and people, you will see lots of just married couples taking "unforgetable moment" here which makes this park always fill with joy and happiness
p.s.: Travellers are pretty amazed when they see so many buildings are built at the hillside. Well, this is Hong Kong :)

Take a short break from the busy commerical and shopping districts. Hong Kong Park is just next to the Pacific Place in Admiralty, and is one of the major parks in Hong Kong.
The Flagstaff House Museum of Teaware and the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre are also located in the park.

Hong Kong Park is very well kept and provides a haven of green right in Central. The ponds and trees give tranquillity whilst the aviary and greenhouse provide a point of interest. The location of the park is not easily forgotten, however, as the surrounding skyscrapers loom above.

The Hong Kong Zoo is nothing special in my opinion, but the aviary of Hong Kong Park is very worthwhile, as you can walk through the whole enclosure on a elevated boardwalk and spot exotic birds. Really feels like walking through a jungle - plus good photo opportunities.

Hong Kong Park is near where you get the tram up to the Peak. The Tea Museum is in the Park at Flagstaff House - it's still free to look around and has information about the history of tea in China as well as many teapots and tea cups on display. The Park has ponds with carp fish, turtles and water lilies. You often see young couples posing for photos as the registry Office is nearby. It's also a popular place for graduates to have their photo taken.
There are large posters in the Park telling you about the birds you can see there. It's very near the Zoological and Botanical Garden.

This park is in Central and covers 8 hectares.
It's main feature is the aviary that you can walk through, which is Hong Kong's largest, containing 150 species of bird. Other places of interest in the park are a lake, a greenhouse, a tower that you can climb for views over Central, a lotus pond, a playground and a museum. We also saw a wedding party here as well - there is also a wedding registry centre in the park. As well as the aviary, I particularly liked the lake area with terrapins in, which looked strange, but nice against the backdrop of Central's high rise buildings.

Hong Kong Park is a welcome green and calm oasis in the midst of a skyscraper jungle.
The main attractions of the park are
- the Aviary where you can spot birds on an elevated boardwalk
and
- the Tea Museum in the Flagstaff House, the oldest colonial building of Hongkong.

We visited Hong Kong Park which was really nice. Check out all the tropical fish in the water and the terrapins. It's a great landscape to take photos as well with the sky rises in the background. It's free and well worth a visit.

The oldest colonial building in Hong Kong, situated in Hong Kong Park and housing an exhibition on tea and tea ware. It leaves the impression that to the Chinese, preparing and drinking tea is indeed a form of art.
