An outdoor wooden replica of the centuries-old Heart Sutra, one of the world's best known Buddhist sutras or prayers, is located near the big Buddha.

    Small fishing village.

Take bus 21 from Giant Buddha to Tai O. Either return to Mui Wo (ferry) or take bus 11 to Tung Chung and then MTR.
