Go to Kung Wo Tong in Mongkok and try the chinese herbal tea.
Hong Kong people like to drink chinese herbal tea because it's good for your health, especially after having too much fried, and spicy food. It's supposed to get the 'hot air' out of your system. If u dare, try the famous 'kwai ling ko' which is a dark jello made of many kinds of chinese herbs w/ turtle shell. My friends from the states like the herbal tea but the jello is just beyond their capability ahahhah.

The wet market is amazing. Colorful, very colorful. Fish of all types swimming around large pools, frogs, crabs, shrimp and some animals I have never seen before.
