Okey, this view is very familiar to many people, typical HongKong....commercial city, 'The Victoria Peak '.
Go up to the top of the hill in Hong Kong, only do it on a clear day!! This picture was taken on a foggy day and we couldn't see ANYTHING!!!
A view of the magnificent skyline!
Breathtaking with the buldings nearly towering over the nearby hills on either side of the busy waterway.
Take the Tram up to Victoria Peak. The ride itself is like something out of an amuzment park and the view from the top is spectacular.
A trip on the peak tram is an absolute must for all visitors to Hong Kong. It is a great way to get to the Peak with glorious views right across Hong Kong harbour.
Outstanding views from all around the Peak. Daytime or night time views are great, both of the city and of the quiet bay on the other side of the Island. See lead photo on this page.
Wonderful sight seeing especially at night. Best way to enjoy: arrive the Peak before sunset, stay after dinner at Movenpick or another resturant there.
Riding the Peak Tram is a great experience. The view from the top is incredible. We had lunch at the restaurant at the top. Great view- ok food.
The most interesting way to get up to the Peak is the tram. It is quite steep but nevertheless fascinating to feel yourself soaring higher and higher than the skyscrapers...
Visit Victoria Peak. Quite an unusual name given that it was a British colony. Regardless, the best view in Hong Kong is without a doubt Victoria Peak.
The Peak - go by the Peak Tram (cable drawn, up the steep mountain)
Breathtaking sight looking down especially on a clear night
For a panoramic view of HK, the Peak is one of the best places to be. This photo was taken at night, onto the CBD.
Take the cable car up to Victoria Peak and gaze down at the harbour and over to the hills in the distance. Go back at night, too.
