This place has been here for donkeys years...orinally a small shack, its now moved up onto the end of the Benaulim beach road.
NB. If anyone is wondering about the photo...its a pic of the original Pedro's as it looked back in 1986, not the current brick built version.
Favorite Dish: The fish & seafood dishes are fantastic...washed down with a cold Kingfisher!

I go here every day I am in Goa. All the boys who work here are so friendly, the food is good and cheap.
As with most of the beach shacks, just pay for food and drink here and the sun lounges are free.
have also been here for evening meals, the fresh fish is superb and the service is second to none!
Favorite Dish: The boys who work here know I don't like to get my face in the sun...they move my umbrella around as the sun moves round throughout the day to make sure I am in the shade.
They will even sit and pour your drinks!
Now that is what I call service!

Good selection of Baked goods, pies, pasties, puffs and cakes. They do a good breakfast, and the Restaurant upstairs has a wide selection of dishes, including seafood.
Favorite Dish: I had my birthday cake bought from here, although I was too drunk to eat it on my birthday. It was still nice and fresh 2 days later when we got round to finishing it.

If you are unsure of what you fancy to eat then this is the place for you. As the name of the restaurant suggests, the menu covers a large chunk of the globe ranging from Indian to Continental.
The place it's self is quite large and is away from the "noisy" main road. This and some fancy lighting effects help give the place a good ambience.
A very good live band appears here several times a week and there is plenty of room to dance off the dessert that you shouldn't have had!
Favorite Dish: Everything we ate here was good but the stuffed mushroom starter was a favorite of mine.

The food at Sublime is "sort of" western neuvelle cuisine but the portions are bigger! Presentation is imaculate and the taste is errrrm........ sublime.
Favorite Dish: The menu changes on a regular basis so return visits will never be the same.

Situated alongside the Baga River, Moon Crest restaurant has to rank amongst the best restaurants in North Goa.
David Gonsalves, the owner, greets everyone and makes all his customers feel special.
You dine under Palm Trees and are quite often entertained - Thursday night is Jazz night.
We spent many a night during our holiday wining and dining here and never once had cause for complaint.
Favorite Dish: Lobster - thermidor or grilled, most definately worth ordering.
Tiger Prawns - again thermidor or plainly grilled.
But to absolutely kill for is the Goan Prawn Curry - the taste of the fresh coconut and the succulent prawns are heavenly!

You can sit downstairs but upstairs is better as it gives you a view of the goings on below and is open air.
Ask for the waiter Prakash who will give you the best advice on what to eat and gets it spot on every time, he even went to 3 shops to try and find us a bottle of chilled champage as they had run out.
Our last night was the most expensive meal we had. We started with a glass of wine each, then a bottle of champagne. A starter each, two main courses (one lobster), bread and rice, 2 desserts, 2 irish coffees and the whole bill only came to around $57. The average price I have quoted below is including champagne if you don;t have this it will be in the lower bracket.
Favorite Dish: My partner would recommend the crab starter and grilled lobster for main course. He tried the same in other places but nothing lived up to Redonda.
My choice being vegetarian would be the paneer tikka (a grilled kebab in a divine sauce) to start and vegetable makanwhala for main course.
Have the Indian champage, it is so cheap and just as good as the real thing in my opinion although I am not a connoisseur.
The Irish coffe is the best ever and I don't even like coffee!
