For all those who don’t know about Martin’s it is the must go place for a wonderful dining experience in Goa.
More than a decade ago, Mrs. Martin started cooking for local taxi drivers who needed to pass the time while waiting for foreign clients who were eating at more upmarket institutions. The secret soon got out, however, and now she presides over one of the best restaurants in the region. The menu here is extensive, and the seafood superb. Highlights include fish caldin, (cooked with coconut and spices), fresh lobster, big pomfret, or red snapper.
Very Nice.. Tasty , Pure goan food which teases the taste buds.. very satisfying. Nice atmosphere.

It was 20 years ago I was in Goa...
I can just imagine that the quality has gotten better.
On most of the Beach resorts an abundance of seafood places.
Watch just after dawn when the fishermen bring in their catch.

The sea food-platter was a hit with most people around... though for me, a not-so-enthusiastic person with sea food, i stuck to chicken:P

It may not be there now, the restaurants are dismantled at the end of April and re-erected in October/November. Dom's was there in 97 and 99 and he had no intention of changing. He was spending the other half of the year in Manali - working in the ski resort, but he is a Goa boy through and through.
Food is great, and you can spend all day in his place as long as you order drinks and food from time to time.
