Set amoung the palm groves, this shacky like restaurant is fast growing in popularity for good food. They serve excellent menu from Goan to continental to Indian and tandoori at a very reasonable price. The place is well knon amoung the locals for fresh seafood. A three course meal cost us ( 2 person)) about Rs.400/- which is very economical and the food, was excellent. The tandoori was one of the best we had tasted in Goa.
The owner, Willy, is very polite and takes good care of you.
A must visit place and you will not regrett once.
My favourite dish was Tandoori chicken and calamari in butter garlic. They also have a lot of veg item which we never tried but a lot of vege tourist do visit them. the ambience is good you can smell the sea from here and hear the waves.a mild breeze blows in the evenings soothing you gently.live music in form of ballads or requests is playing.
when you enter morisco you get very comfortable by its minimalistic decor.there is a table where the days fresh catch which includes a host of crustaceans including lobsters and prawns is displayed, see the accompanying pic.
my favorites and a must for the beginner are lobster periperi. periperi is a small fiery red pepper.however the preparation itself is very beautifully done and enough to satisfy two people.a lobster here costs 750-1000 indian rupees. other specialities here are tiger prawns and crabs.local goan favorites like pomfret(called paplet locally). Every meal we had was delicious.
Owned by a guy called Robin Hood, or Robin red breast or sometimes Robin B*stard!!! (his words not mine).

Souza Lobo can seat hundreds of people at a time at the bar, at inside tables or at tables on the beach but this is a very popular place so be sure to arrive early especially on the nights that there is live music! The live music nights are the best nights to go. Go, have a cocktail or a mocktail, listen to some music, dance, and eat!!
Some of the seafood dishes are priced as "market price". If you order any of these dishes, be sure to ask the price first. You can eat inexpensively if you don't have any alcohol or market price seafood, but even if you do, it's still not expensive.
Open year-round, Souza Lobo is another MUST visit in Goa!
