Parasailing is offered on a few beaches in Goa (both north and south). This was from Sinquerim Beach in North Goa right in front of the Taj Holiday Village Hotel.
The price runs about Rs 800-1000 per person. You'll get "strapped in" and get a briefing on taking off and landing before you're pulled high into the air. The whole thing lasts about 20-30 minutes and is alot of fun.

I've never dived in Goa, because although I'm PADI qualified, I've never really kept it up...and having dived around Thailand, Indonesia & Great Barrier Reef feel like I've seen as good as is out there.
But there are dive schools in Goa:
www.goadiving.com
www.barracudadiving.com
Both are based in the south, and have full contact details on their websites...enjoy!
