This temple located on the foothill where is on the same way as Maladevi temple. The Char Khamba temple or so called Four columns temple located in the area of Hindola Torana dating to the 9th and 10th century. The four columns was a part of inner hall inside mandapa. Some architecture details on the base collected from that area and some are beautiful in carving.
This site located on the same place as Char Khamba as the 'Toranas' or ornamental entrance arches leading to a Hindu temple. Hindola means a swing.All the four sides of the two pillars carved the story of the ten incarnations of Vishnu such as Varaha, Kurma and Vaman. Please ask for a keyman if it's locked.
The Eight columns temple built in 9th century by a Chandela prince Krishna. For now, it just remains only 8 columns with a high base. But all columns carved with delicated details. For visitting this place, just walk to the North of main road about 50 metres. Please ask for a keyman if it locked.
I and my friend have tried to find a good restuarant in Gyaraspur area but we failed just some tea shops and stall market which we cannot trust in clean food. If you 'd like to visit this place. Bring your own food 'd be convenience and safety.
