Jodpur has some really interesting things to do and the fort is the star attraction. The fort is one of the most impressive in Rajasthan and it is an easy day trip from your hotel. You can visit the palaces and bazaars along the way and this place is fantastic for souvenir shopping and I bought souvenirs that turned out to be 40% cheaper than the sames ones in Goa or Mumbai.

One of the most relaxing thing you can do in Jodpur is to have a drink on the rooftop at the Govind hotel. The atmosphere is brilliant and the beverages are cheap and tasty. It is a great place to relax and catch up on your journal entries and the staff are chatty making the whole vibe great :0
