Kedarnath is deceptively high. Though an average graded 14 km trek. Altitude sickness is a threat. Specially if you are planning to go to vasuki tal or beyond to chorabari glacier.
Don't forget to carry medicines for headaches, vomiting along with you.
Stock up on fluids dehyderartion is another threat. Drink lots of liquids.
The best and only cure for alititude sickness is to lose height as soon as possible.
