There are available several hawker stalls at Himalayan Nature Park Kufri. Mostly selling simple meals so people can still walking while enjoy the delicacies. Say like local burger [mostly chicken and veggie, or you can order just veggie in between breads and topping sauce] and chaat masala. It's diced fruits [papaya, cucumber, melon, mango, banana and even cassava!] served with salt and sugar. In my lingo so called "rujak" and in Malayan said as "rojak".
