Luggage and bags: Travel with enough woollens. Torch must! Raincoat or umbrella must. You never know when it might rain.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: If in summers light woollens will do otherwise heavy packing is needed.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Though lots of shops are there but they all close down early and if you have a problem at night you might not get anything so better keep regular medicines. Moov and dettol are must.

Photo Equipment: How can you forget a camera when vising a hill station!

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Rishikesh, almost 60 kms from Mussoorie offers camping, river rafting, mountaineering.
