Salt Lake City Things to Do

SLC is great to fly in and out of - tons of flights daily. Being only 1 hour from over 9 ski resorts this is the place to come to go skiing.

General tips-
Tourists should try and stay east of I-15. Specifically in Park City or Sandy. Park City if you are skiing those resorts, and Sandy if you are skiing those resorts.

Deer Valley offers all the luxuries in life you yearn for. They probably define what a "ski vacation is" while everyone tries to replicate it. Ample seating area during lunch time with second to none lunch food.

Park City Mountain Resort is probably "the family resort". There is something for everyone and this place focuses more on families then others. They have a lift going right in to the town of Park City even.

The Canyons is absolutely massive and will give you a lot of area to explore. Maybe too much even. The Canyons is probably #2 in terms of luxury and they do have a lot to offer, but they are in a period of transition I feel and everything doesn't seem "dialed in" when I was there.
