Cricket is the unofficial national game of this country, so Hyderabad is not an exception to the rule. U will find most of the bylanes n grounds filled with kids n elders alike having a ball on the field playing cricket. People here love cricket, it defintely comes next to religion.

For a quiet, shy, unassuming boy, Mohammed Azharuddin has led the aspirations of the people of Hyderabad for a long time. From the inconspicuous bylanes of Hyderabad to the glitzy highlanes of international recognition, this Hyderabadi has journeyed bravely.
One of the very few sportspersons from Hyderabad who still commands an enormous amount of respect, inspite of being framed in a betting scandal.
Mohammed Azharuddin...not guilty, until proven otherwise... and still a great cricketer.
