I have been to Little Italy numerous times.Everytime i go there, there is a different feeling and you end up eating something really delicious and new. I always have in mind that i m gonna eat the same dish that i had last time but staff being so amicable,they suggest you really new eateries depending upon your taste buds.
Restaurent's ambience is really good, it is located in green locality , italian theme is put inside the restaurent with antique wooden furniture,glass walls and doors, candles lighting up the atmosphere.It is one italian speciality restaurent where you can find real real good italian food.
Liquor is also served here, although it lets your pockets holed up as wine is pretty costly.
Downside is you wont get non-veg:(

Food-Pizza with leafy veg n cheese topping

Favorite Dish: CHICKEN TIKKA KABAAK / TANDOORI CHICKEN / CHICKEN65 / DUM KA GOSHT / DUM KI BIRYANI / BAGARE BAIGAN / TANDOORI ROTI / BUTTER NAAN / KADAI MUTTON / LUKHMI / HALEEM / DOUBLE KA MEETHA & ETC.

Actually the compound where Max Kitchen is housed had just one single restaurent earlier called Mandar, he labored on for quite a while till he picked up good clientele. Now he has competition frm a whole lot of joints like Ice & Spice, Four Seasons, Arabian Nights.
Check out what ur taste buds scream for, u wont be disappointed.

This Food Court is enroute to the Golconda Fort and Qutub Shahi tombs, so u migth as well pick a bite or u can bump in for dinner when the ambience is much more cooler n relaxing.

Favorite Dish: I did grab a bite in Arabian nigths where i liked the Broast chicken with a spicy cream to dip in the chicken, go for it. Mandar has all continental and North Indian delicacies, some spicy n some oily, let the waiter know bout ur specifications.

There was this place called Max Kitchen, which was earlier in the heart of the city, now has shifted base to Toli Chowki. You will find amazingly cheap and delicious food here. So much variety to choose from. They have pretty nice interior done, provides a cool setting for a voracious appetite. Have a go. They do catering sevices aswell, so if u have a small party u know where to call.

Favorite Dish: Chinese n Mughlai dishes are good here.
