This small restaurant makes up fresh omelettes ~ swimming in butter. Mine was filled with cheese and an Indian twist of spice. . .and it was heavenly.
As lovely as a Gujarati thali is, it's always refreshing to have a taste of something that reminds you of home. This greasy breakfast food ~ eaten as dinner ~ had us in fits of laughter over the amount of oil. The meal probably cost about $1.
