Gujrati Thali: Don't Miss The Gujrati Food

by ni3sgalave

Whever you Go you will find the in the Restarant .The typical Gujarati Thali consists of Roti (a flat bread made from wheat flour), daal or kadhi, rice, and sabzi/shaak (a dish made up of different combinations of vegetables and spices, which may be stir fried, spicy or sweet). Vishaala: The ultimate old rural charm...

by Durfun

The concept is Original, decor is stunning, they preserve the superb old rural ways and selection of dishes. You warm your hands in front of an open fire (as they did/still do in villages), sit on coil beds whilst relaxing. For dining, there are a variety of sitting arrangements, just take your pick!As for dinner service, again choose from a selection! 'Rotlaas' (made out of bajri) .. because my dad used to eat this stuff growing up in a village, and 'kudhi' (made from yogurt)
