Skiiing India :)))) yes Can do Skiing at Manali.
Himachal tourism offers beginners course ,and 15 days course .
Dint try skiiing in life still waana try ,you can do one day beginners course ,can do skiing too.All euipment are avialble for rent.
Only euipments Rs 150 charge,can use oneday.
Snow point near Marhi,can see all beginners trying to skiiing,its fun to watch ppl learning :)

The best place is Solang Nallah,where you have 2.5km sky run.

A: Not at Manali but with Delhi at 45 degrees celsius (c. 120 degrees Farenheit), I'm sure just about everyone will be up in the hills. Try other places in Uttarakhand.
