This Folk Musium 25 Km from Mainali in Nagar. Nicholas Roerich was borh in St. Petersburg (Russia) on 9 October, 1874.Roerich with his family settled in Naggar and spent here almost 20 years, full of incessant and creative work. His work comprises around 7000 paintings and sketches, which can be found in many famous museums and private collections all around the world.who became a cultural figure of global significance, a passionate promoter through his art and writings of an increased appreciation of the value to the world of the cultural heritage of all nations, and of the ways in which this appreciation can help to achieve peace in the world.Nicholas Roerich died in Kullu on December 13, 1947. His body was cremated and its ashes buried on a slope facing the mountains he loved and portrayed in many of his nearly seven thousand works.

Himichal has plenty of fruit orchards that produce huge amounts of apples, pears, plums and apricots. Not all of the fruit makes it to the market in time. So, the fruit is fermented locally and made into alcoholic cider and fruit wines.

Vashist is a small Village located on Rohtang pass is it worth a visit. It is renowned for its hot Springs too have curative powers and Temple.clinging to the mountains above the Beas, is the old village of Vashisht, with hot sulfur springs.

The Mountaineering Institute located at Manali provides training facilities for basic and advance climbing both for Indian nationals and foreigners. This institute also conducts other adventurous sports activities like high altitude trekking minor mountaineering, rock climbing, and skiing and high altitude rescuer and relief courses. The Institute has sufficient lodging and boarding arrangements and equipments can be hired for trekking purposes.

Also known as the Hadimba Temple, this is a quite old Temple built for the goddess Hadimba. It's not that special, but it's a nice walk to go there and if it's not raining it's nice sitting in front of it.

snow point is not a fixed location.it keeps shifting depending on the snow fall and army requirements. on the way to rohtang, in winters the road is closed depending on the snowfall.at snowpoint there is lots to do apart from just playing with snow. you can do some skiing ass well.

1. Hadimba Temple: Temple built in 15th Century in the memory of Mata Hadimba (wife of Bhima) The temple is surrounded by Pine & Deodar trees. A few trees out there are as old as temple is.
2. Manu Temple: Also an ancient temple situated in old Manali.
3. Rohtang Pass: Its 52 km from Manali where you can enjoy a snow, trekking etc. They valley is just beautiful.
4. Solang Valley: During snowtime one can enjoy Skiing & other snow sports. In other seasons a lot of adventure sports are there to enjoy!

Dhoongri Devi Temple was built in 1553 in honour of Goddess Hadimba, the wife of Pandav Bhima.
As you can see in the pics it's four-tiered pagoda style structure.

if you have spare time with you or you are in ma mood to relax do visit the club house at MANALI.
There are lot of playing facilities along with a good sweater shop in the premises. you can enjoy
river rope crossing here.
