Have some Kothe with Beer!!
Favorite thing: Kothe is an Indo-Chinese delight Recipe from the "Unknown" (Yes till date I have personally not been able to locate it's origin). It looks real good (as you can see in the pic) and tastes great too and goes very well with a pint of beer. It's cheap and available at many a local restaurants.
Fondest memory: The serene town and the forests around leave you relaxed beyond measures. And with that majestic mountain range in front of you that beholds you and leaves you gaping at them. One would feel his mind and body lighter after residing in the atmosphere that Dharamshala presents to you.

So what's the weather like in McLeod Ganj?
Favorite thing: Hello Everyone McLeod Ganj bound!
To help you with the weather a local ex-pat runs a daily blog on the weather in McLeod Ganj. As it is much higher up than Dharamsala, the local weather reports for Dharmasala are not a great comparison.
Fondest memory: The most I miss when away from McLeod Ganj is the peaceful feeling I have that all is well when I hang out with my Tibetan friends and make mala beads.
