There are rows and rows of shops in the area called "the Mall".You can find shops selling all possible things. It is a nice place to spend an evening not just shopping, but also you could eat snacks and hang out drinking in the atmosphere. The mayor's office and buildings and the church there add to the ambience.

What to buy: Clothes,woolen garments,shawls,jewellery,bags,leather,dry fruits,honey,short eats,jams,juices,pickles etc.

What to pay: you need to bargain here.but it is not an upend place.

Shimla on summer festival is heaven. Many fresh fruits can be found here. From aam [mango], to plum, red cherry, peach and dates.

What to buy: Peach, plum, mango and several sweets.

What to pay: about Rs5 - 25 [very cheap compared with price for these fruits in my country!!!]
