Ahdoos: Mirchi Korma to die for!
Ambience is zilch, the surroundings no great shakes.......can play some good ghazals (including some Mirza Ghalib numbers) if requested...just dig in to the food. Waiters are very attentive and sweet ( especially if you are regular customer who tips well! ;)) Mirchi Korma (Mutton red Chilly) is the best dish- I used to go there every day (sometimes for lunch AND dinner) and not get tired of it ever! The gravy is made of Kashmiri red chillies (not as hot as it looks though!) and is quite oily but yummy! To be had with rice. Other dishes which deserve favourable mention are Dhania korma (Mutton with Corriander- curd based gravy), Nadru Yakhni (lotus stems in curd based gravy- veg dish), Mutton sheekh Kababs and firni (dessert).
