The stares are jsut anywhere, the first reason is that you're a white/black guy. Keralites has seen few White/Black guys in their lives. os take a closr look at you. Nothing wrong about them !!!
I can surely say that the atares are some kind of admiation, not hatred toards foreigners.The people of kerala respect you.They admire you.They were ruled by the ' white' british for a long time. ANd if you start talking to one of the local, it's a great privilage for them.
Believe me, it was a great priviliage for me.
