Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Carry all essential medicines (and prescriptions/certificates etc) Immodium etc. eye drops - it can be dusty

Trivandrum has some pic worthy sights. Shops/kiosks sell films.
Be aware of locals not wanting their pic taken - or of the request for money if you do take a pic!

Luggage and bags: One thing to be kept in mind while travelling to any place in kerala is the Umbrella, plastic shoes and a rain coat. Be prepared for unpredictable rains. It may just happen when you are admiring the sun out in the open. The rainy season starts in the month of june and goes uptill Aug. After which it again starts off in the month of Oct till Dec.
But unsesonal rains may play spoilt sport during other months too..
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: Plastic shoes and rain coat a must, if you land up in the rainy season.
